The basics are as follows

• Start at Second Sole Akrun in the Valley
• Head NORTH on Riverview Road to Weathervane Lane
• Enter the Towpath Trail and head SOUTH
• Enter Big Bend and loop the parking lot
• Return to the Towpath Trail and head NORTH back to Second Sole
• Transition to the parking area and head to the Finish Line

Water / Gatorade will be at Big Bend
