Participant Info & Updates
The 15k race day is March 12th. Please read this information thoroughly. If you have any questions, you can reply to this email.
Start/Finish:
The 15k will start and finish at Riverton City Park, Large Pavilion.
1452 W 12600 S, Riverton, UT 84065.
The start time is 8 am
Packet Pick up:
Packet pick-up will be race morning, March 12th, beginning at 7 am at the large Pavilion. Packets will include a Series T-shirt and 5k bib. Series participants will receive a new bib at each race.
We will have medals for the 5k and 10k as well as T shirts available for those who haven't gotten them or ran virtually.
Parking:
Parking is available at Riverton City Park. Please follow parking signs upon arrival.
Route:
The route will start just south of the Large Pavilion, run through Riverton City Park, out onto 1300 West and follow 1300 West to Copper John Way. Runners will turn left onto Copper John way and then follow to the JRP trail. Runners will follow the trail for several miles then return to Lovers Lane and run back to 1300 west and then enter the Park where they exited. Runners will always run with traffic. We will have volunteers and Riverton police ensuring traffic safety.

Weather:
We will make every effort to make the course as safe as possible, including altering the course itself, however, we can not mitigate all-weather obstacles. Please dress appropriately and wear appropriate footwear. If you are uncomfortable racing in bad weather, please take that into consideration before showing up at the starting line. In the event of heavy snow, cancelation is a possibility. Riverton City Police will make that call and we will notify runners as soon as possible.
Timing and finisher medals:
There will be professional timing and all finishers will receive a medal.
