Davis Stampede Vendor Registration

This is a vendor registration page for the 2023 Davis Stampede, taking place on Sunday, February 26 at Playfields Park. Vendor booths are 10' by 10'. Tents, tables, tablecloths and other items to be supplied by vendor. A site map and one-sheet will be emailed out on approximately February 23.

Set up & Timeframe:

All set up takes place on race morning from 5:45 to 6:45 a.m. Expect clean up to begin at approximately 11:45 a.m.

Vendor Parking:

A limited amount of vendor parking is available in the parking lot where the expo takes place. We suggest arriving by 6:30 am to procure a space. Vendors are not able to drive up to their booths to unload, however, the walk is fairly short from the available lot spaces to the booth area.

Expected Participation:

Approximately 400 half marathoners and 1,800 2K/5K/10K participants.
