The Park is easily accessed from Briley Parkway, McGavock Pike and from Shelby Bottoms in East Nashville via the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River. There will be a timed 5K and a 1 mile Fun Run that crosses the pedestrian bridge over Cumberland River and back. Registration and Race start/finish will be located in the Pavilion area next to the Water Park and Skate Park. The route will go along side the skate park head under Briley Parkway via the tunnel, cross over the picturesque pedestrian bridge circle down and go left running along paved the nature trail with turn-around at water station and return to finish line at pavilion area.

The children's run will have the same start and finish but will turn back just on the other side of the pedestrian bridge where they can find children's water station next to the monument and then return to pavilion area to finish.
