ALL PARTICIPANTS FULLY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT FUNDRAISER- TREK XXIV. IN ADDITION, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THIS EFFORT THAT SHOULD THEY SUFFER ANY ILLNESS AND/OR INJURY, THEY DO NOT HOLD ST JOSEPH PEACE MISSION RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY. FURTHERMORE, ANY ACTIVITY IN WHICH PARTICIPANTS MAY CHOOSE TO BE APART OF IS A PERSONAL CHOICE FOR WHICH PARTICIPANTS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE.
