Dear Community Partner,

 

For 24 years, our community has shown up running, cheering, donating, and standing behind the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department.

 

This year, we invite you to stand with us again on Saturday, May 30th, 2026, for our 24th Annual Beaver VFD 5K/10K, Toddler Trot Race.

 

This event isn’t just a race. 

It’s our largest fundraiser of the year, and the reason we can continue to respond when our neighbors need us most. 

We are a 100% volunteer fire department. Every siren you hear, every emergency we answer, every life we protect is powered by volunteers and community support. With over 500 runners expected to participate, this race allows us to raise critical funds for lifesaving equipment, training, and resources, all while bringing Beaver together in a powerful way. 

 

When you sponsor this race, you’re not just putting your name on a shirt. You’re helping ensure that when someone dials 911… we’re ready!

 

Your sponsorship directly supports:

·         Firefighting equipment and safety gear

·         A stronger, safer Beaver community 

 

We offer multiple sponsorship levels, each designed to recognize your support and showcase your commitment to community safety.

All sponsors may supply promotional materials, samples (must be flat to fit in our bags), or coupons to be distributed in race bags. You may also set up a promotional display or sell products during the event!

 

 

Enclosed you will find a Sponsorship Form. Checks may be made payable to the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department. 

 

Please keep the following deadlines in mind:

 

March 31, 2026 – All sponsorship forms and donations must be received to meet printing deadlines. 

 

May 19, 2026 – Promotional materials, product samples, or coupons from your organization that you would like included in the runners’ race bags must be received at the fire department (pickup option available).
