Benefiting the Mission of Badger Challenge
Join us for an unforgettable evening of elegance, inspiration, and impact at the 2026 Badger Challenge Ball, a signature fundraising event dedicated to advancing the mission of Badger Challenge—to write the story that ends cancer.
Set against the stunning lakefront backdrop of The Edgewater, the Badger Challenge Ball brings together survivors, supporters, researchers, and community leaders for a night that celebrates hope and directly fuels life-changing cancer research at the University of Wisconsin.
As with all Badger Challenge events, 100% of participant-raised funds advance innovative research and cutting-edge treatments—making every moment of this evening meaningful.
Evening Agenda
5:00 PM — Doors Open
Guests are welcome and invited to kick off an evening of purpose and celebration.
5:00–6:30 PM — Cocktail Hour
Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and premium cocktails while mingling with fellow supporters of the Badger Challenge and UW-Madison. View and bid on items in the silent auction.
6:30 PM — Dinner
A plated gourmet dinner is served, highlighting local flavors and offering a moment to connect with your table guests.
7:30–8:30 PM — Program & Auction
The heart of the evening.
Hear stories from survivors and UW leaders. Learn about the extraordinary breakthroughs made possible by Badger Challenge supporters.
Then, take part in our spirited live auction, where every winning bid directly accelerates cancer research and treatment innovation.
8:30–10:30 PM — Reception
Celebrate the impact of the night with music and dancing as we close the evening with live music.
