Training Description
Do you have a goal of running 26.2? Our marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th marathon. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans via Final Surge from your expert coach.
Fall 2026 Training will start on June 13th, 2026 through October 17th, 2026 and target a marathon within that time frame. If you need additional weeks of coaching to race a later marathon, please let Coach Brandon know.
