Training Description
Want to add strength training to your repertoire? Coach Meghan will lead a group every Sunday morning at 6am. Sessions will be comprised of a dynamic warmup, strength training focusing on a specific part or the whole body, static stretching and a weekly topic! Each session will be 45-60 minutes.
Training will be ongoing throughout 2026. Each $100 pays for a 10 sessions.
Participants will need a yoga mat or towel, a set of 3, 5 or 8 pound hand weights, and a full water bottle!
