Training Description

Want to add strength training to your repertoire? Coach Meghan will lead a group every Sunday morning at 6am. Sessions will be comprised of a dynamic warmup, strength training focusing on a specific part or the whole body, static stretching and a weekly topic!  Each session will be 45-60 minutes.

Participants will need a yoga mat or towel, a set of 3, 5 or 8 pound hand weights, and a full water bottle! First Workout will be Sunday February 8th.

No meet ups on Sunday March 15th, April 5th, April 19th

Each registration will receive a $20 gift card to Charm City Run.
