Training Description
Do you have a goal of running a half marathon? Our half marathon training program will prepare you to race your best - whether it's your first or 50th half. Along the way you'll learn about increasing your mileage, tempo runs, track workouts, hill workouts, recovery runs, nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, and much more. Each group will meet twice a week and receive weekly training plans your expert coach.
2026 Half Marathon Training: In 2026, Frederick is offering both 12 and 18 week blocks for half marathon training.
