Join Charm City Run Frederick at McClintock's Backbar located at 35 South Carroll St, Frederick, MD 21701 at 6PM.
 
We will begin the event with a fun endurance run (speed/hill work) and then enjoy cocktails together after the workout at McClintock's Backbar. 
 
This workout is structured around building your endurance up! Everyone runs together in a group since we are not going for "mileage." In February, we will be focusing on running at "tempo pace."
 
No matter what pace or skill level you are, we will set you up with an endurance workout! Plus, McClintock's Backbar will be giving a 50% discount to runners that night on cocktails and mocktails!
