The International Horseradish Festival will be held June 6 & 7, 2025 from 11am - 10pm.  Come to Collinsville, Illinois to be a part of the fest devoted to all things horseradish in Uptown Collinsville on Main Street.

Where else can you learn how to prepare your own horseradish, visit the Family Fun Area or Craft Village, join in any of the classic Horseradish Festival Contests, or just sample the food and listen to the Live music?

Cornhole Tournament Information

Grab a friend, partner or teammate and signup for the Cornhole Tournaments  on Friday night and Saturday afternoon.

NEW LOCATION - The cornhole tournament will take place on the streets of Clinton St. next to Miner Theater with room to setup chairs to watch all the action. There will also be a beer tent setup a throws away of the tournament to grab a beverage before, during and after the tournament. 

Friday - 5:30pm on Clinton St. - $30 for a team of 2

Saturday - 1:00pm on Clinton St. - $30 for a team of 2

Pageant Information 

Welcome all girls and boys to the Annual Miss & Mr. Horseradish Pageant on Friday evening.

4:00pm on the Main Stage on Main Street

Pageant Ages: 6months - 18 years old. 

• Categories to be determined.

Pageant Components:

• Bio - Contestants who are able will Read Aloud (no more than one paragraph). If unable to MC will read.
• On stage Question 
• Fun Fact about Horseradish
• Talent - 1 Minute Time Limit

Pageant Restrictions:

No Fake Eyelashes
No Heavy Makeup
No Midriffs
No Booty Shorts
Nothing with Fire
*This is not a beauty competition

Horseradish Pizza Eating Content

Maximum Number of Contestants: 15 

Required Age: 18+

Eating Contest Rules:

• Fastest to eat a horseradish pizza from Friday’s South with grated fresh Horseradish on top!!
• A whole piece must be eaten including the crust.
• No stacking. Must eat one piece at a time.
• Any piece not finished by the allotted time shall not count. No half slices.
• Vomiting is an automatic DQ.
• If a contestant finishes they shall throw their hands in the air to signal they are done.
• In the event of a tie, we will have an eat off. (first to finish wins! food type TBD)
• Winner receives a t-shirt and picture with the championship belt.  They will have their name and year engraved on the belt as well.
