Question: Where is the event happening?
Answer: The event is located at the Mountain Lake Club right outside Harpers Ferry WV at Lake Shannondale. The event address is 1329 Lakeside Drive, Harpers Ferry WV 25425.
Question: Do I need to pay for parking?
Answer: Yes, parking is $5.00 per vehicle. Parking at the Mountain Lake Club is limited so we encourage visitors to car pool to the event.
Question: Is this event stroller or wheel chair accessible?
Answer: No, due to the different terains of the event including: gravel, sand, dirt, and stairs the light portion of the event is not stroller or wheelchair accessible. We are working towards the entire event being accessible in the future, however the Community Trees area and Lakeside Bar & Grill are accessible and open during the light event. Tickets are not required to enter the Community Trees portion of the event.
Question: Can I change my ticket day or time?
Answer: Yes, tickets can be changed to a different day or time using the "Change Ticket Time" feature of the website. Ticket changes are limited to ticket availability and are not guranteed.
Question: Can we bring our dog?
Answer: Well behaved dogs are welcome for the light walkthrough, but are not allowed inside the Lakeside Bar & Grill. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times during the event. Due to the nature of the event portions of the walk path can become crowded, please keep this in mind when deciding whether this event is appropriate for your dog.
