Monument After Dark is an exclusive event at the San Jacinto Monument, La Porte, Texas, in support of Project Joy and Hope, limited to 140 guests.

Begin your evening on the steps of the Monument. Enjoy margaritas or your favorite beverage, DJ music, and mix and mingle with friends. Appetizers located in the Monument Theatre, and a short PJH presentation at 7pm. Move into the Monument Foyer and enjoy the historic exhibits throughout the venue. (Almost 187 years ago, Sam Houston defeated the Mexican Army to win Texas' independence!  Food stations, hosted by Gringo's, will be located in the exhibit area, and a silent auction will be available. At 8:30, everyone will gather on the steps for fantastic fireworks display over the reflection pool to celebrate Project Joy and Hope for Texas! Immediately following, Texas Forever will be shown in the Monument Theatre during silent auction checkout.
