Before You Arrive — What Every Attendee Needs to Know

Everyone needs a ticket — membership does not automatically admit you. All members must claim their event tickets using the link below.

Members: check your email for your private ticket link! Your exclusive link gives you access to member pricing and your complimentary Saturday tickets.

Parking passes must be purchased separately and are found in the store after selecting your tickets — all vehicles (YES even members) require a pass. Passes are $5.00 each.

Members: your parking pass includes one complimentary drink! Simply show your parking pass QR Code at the bar to redeem it.

Purchasing a parking pass helps us plan for the right number of guests and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

Friday Night Concert - Gates open at 5:00pm, Faith Herndone at 6:00pm, Shotgun Highway at 7:00pm

Across the Lake Firework Viewing Parking Pass - Gates open at 6:00pm

• $10.00 per vehicle. This pass does not include admission to the Mountain Lake Club. This pass is only for the firework viewing area at the parking lot across the lake near the helipad. 

FAQ Section

Q: I'm a member. Do I really need a ticket? Yes! All attendees — members and guests alike — must have a ticket to enter this year's events. Tickets for Saturday are included with your membership at no charge, but you still need to claim them in advance.

Q: Where do I find parking passes? Parking passes are available in the store. You can get there by clicking "Next" after selecting your tickets, or by clicking "Store" in the navigation bar.

Q: Why are we doing tickets this year? We want to make sure we're ready for everyone who comes through the gate. By knowing how many people to expect, we can staff appropriately, prepare enough food and drinks, and make the celebration the best one yet.

Q: Do I have to buy a parking pass? If you plan to drive and park on property, yes — all vehicles require a parking pass. And here's a perk for members: your parking pass doubles as a drink ticket! Show it at the bar for one complimentary drink.

Q: How do I claim my tickets and parking pass? Members should check their email for a private link to purchase tickets at member pricing. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us. Non-members can use the button on this page to purchase tickets.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the gate? We strongly encourage everyone to claim tickets in advance. Gate availability is not guaranteed and will depend on capacity.

Q: How many tickets can I get? Members get one ticket per registered member.
