The Prairie State Road Runners Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Jacob Henry Mansion Estate, located at 15 Richards Street, Joliet, Illinois 60433.

6:30 - Dinner

7:00 - Annual Meeting

7:30 - Awards/Certificates

A buffet dinner will be served by the mansion staff, followed by a short presentation on this year's club highlights, and an awards presentation. We will end the evening with a DJ and dancing.

• Adults: $19.50 + fee
• Children (up to age 12): $11.50 + fee
• There will be a cash bar available.

There is no charge to attend the meeting, and you are still welcome to visit the bar.

Voting for the PSRR 2026 Board will be conducted electronically beginning January 24, 2026, and will remain open until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2026.

An official email from the PSRR President will be distributed to all members and will include a QR code to access the electronic ballot. In addition, QR codes will be available at each dining table during the banquet to facilitate on-site voting.
