LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge the Texas State Forest Festival and the Lufkin I Angelina County Chamber of Commerce, and its affiliates, and anyone connected with the Texas State Forest Festival and this event of and from any known damages, injuries, losses, or judgments from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant to his / her person or property, including family and guests. This undersigned grants the Texas State Forest Festival and the Lufkin I Angelina County Chamber of Commerce to use any pictures taken at the show for promotional purposes.
