When is this?
This roadshow stop will be on Wednesday, March 8th from 4pm-8pm. 4pm-6pm will be dedicated to an industry upate and educational session, while 6pm-8pm will allow time for you to meet our team, connect with friends in the industry, and expand your local network.
I have a lot of questions. Will there be time for me to ask all of them?
Yes, although maybe not all of them during the seminar. We will be offering sign-ups for one-on-one meetings in the day before or after the seminar to any registered participants. Look for signups for those meetings in January.
Four hours is a long time. Will there be food or drinks?
Yes! Our networking happy hour includes drinks (alcoholic and otherwise) and dinner. Leave the credit card at home - it's on us as a thank you for joining us.
I can only make it to one part of this (either the educational session or happy hour). Can I still come?
Yes! However, since space is limited at both venues, we request that if you can only join us for one part or the other, you take a second to contact us and let us know.
Do I get anything else? It's a long drive and I want to make sure it's worth it.
Of course. We'll also have printed and digital copies of the 2022 RaceTrends Report (published in January) for every attendee, as well as a thank you gift to take home.
I want to sign up, but I don't have my work scheduled yet. Should I still register?
Sure! Space is limited, so if you want to make sure there's room for you, sign up. Just make sure that if things change you come back and let us know ASAP so we can open that spot up for someone else!

Maybe! We have a round of roadshow seminars planned for winter of 2022, but we're hoping to expand the program in the future so we can meet even more of you, where you are.
