• Preview some of the course. Learn how to run on a trail. Get pointers if you are experienced. Get pointers and how to's if you are not experienced. We will run on parts of the race trail. We will talk about the race. Where to stay, packet pick-up, what markers to look for when you are on the trail, trail etiquette, aid stations, what you will need to bring, where to stay and more. Special bonus: Kendell Snyder will take you through what to do on a trail when you don’t have a first aid kit nearby. How to survive with what you have in an emergency. This is good stuff to know whenever you are out on the trails.
