• A: Yes, anyone heading to Navy Pier can get on the shuttle. 

Q: How frequently will the bus be running?

• A: Bus will run continuously between The Sheraton and Navy Pier.  Estimated time for one trip is 25-30 mins

Q: Will there be return trips from the Pier back to the Sheraton?

• A: Yes, guests can get a ride back to the Sheraton.

All bags will be checked prior to boarding

Alcohol is prohibited from being brought on the bus and onto Navy Pier property

Q: What is the route of the bus?

• Head north to Illinois St. and turn right
• Head east on Illinois St. to Navy Pier to the location you designate.  We suggest Park Drive by the covered bus stops.
• Heading out of Navy Pier, the bus will head west on Grand Ave to Columbus Dr. and turn left
• Heading out of Navy Pier, the bus will head west on Grand Ave to Columbus Dr. and turn left
• Head west on E. North Water Street to Cityfront Plaza Dr. and turn right
• Head north and follow Cityfront Plaza Dr. around to head south on Cityfront Plaza Dr back to E. North Water Street and turn right.
• Head east on E. North Water Street to Columbus Dr. and turn left.
• Return to pick-up location outside of the Sheraton Chicago
