Been thinking about something different? Want to try trail running - but need a trail guide? Join Charm City Run Timonium Trail/Ultra coaches (Troy Workman and Katherine Gavin) Thursday, April 17th - 6:00PM at the Seminary Loch Raven trailhead for a 45 minute trail run. Then we’ll head to Papi’s Tacos at Dulaney Plaza for a beer/soda on CCR. All paces and experience levels welcome!
