The Trail Running Film Festival 2024

The Trail Running Film Festival is back on tour and coming to Winona, MN for a great night of films, inspiration, and community. You're invited to celebrate with us running as a universal practice. Come explore our collective and individual potential, and let's pursue our wildest dreams. 

We're excited to bring you stories from around the world by filmmakers sharing their work of adventure, inclusivity, wilderness, art, and diversity across the trail and ultra community.

Join us at the Winona History Center for an evening of films, friends, and fun! We will have appetizers along with a cash bar. There will be some great items on a silent auction along with a raffle for a Current Designs Kayak and a 50/50 raffle (bring cash for this) during intermission to help support Storm Sporting Events.

Storm Sporting Events aims to promote health and wellness while raising awareness for youth mental health through inclusive events for all ages. Our goal is to raise funds for programs and scholarships dedicated to providing essential services in youth mental healthcare. We strive to create a welcoming and positive community with a focus on mental health, physical activity, and giving back to others. Since its inception in 2019, the organization has donated over $36,000 to local nonprofit organizations including Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center, Family & Children’s Center, and the Mini-Donut Foundation.

Doors Open - 5:00 pm

Appetizers and cash bar - 5:00 pm

Silent Auction and 50/50 Raffle begin - 5:00 pm 

Films begin - 6:00 pm

Intermission - Around 7:00 pm

Silent Auction, Kayak Raffle and 50/50 Raffle winners announced - 7:25 pm

Films resume - Around 7:30 pm

Films conclude - Around 8:30 pm
