YOU are invited to attend this 4-hour workshop by Rain Bear Running with sponsors Peninsula Adventure Sports and North Olympic Healthcare Network.
This class might be for you if:
- You are looking to learn more about trail running in a non-competitive, judgment-free zone
- You want to mix up your road running routine
- You would like to learn more about building strength, how to take care of your body, and training your brain to run a race.
This workshop is led by professional instructors and speakers covering the topics below. Each speaker will provide handouts and materials.
- Yoga for Runners*
- Strength training and foam rolling for Trail Runners*
- Head in the Game - Mental Wellness for the trail!
- Gear for the trail
*Please dress comfortably for indoor workouts and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and foam roller.
What to expect:
- Expert instruction and a chance to ask questions,
- Pizza and salad bar lunch
- Connect with other local runners and help build your community
- Build self-confidence, knowledge, and strength to hit the trail!
