Mark Cunningham

World traveled business headshot/branding/real-estate photographer and FAA licensed drone pilot for professionals, businesses, and real estate industry.

As a world-traveled professional photographer turned licensed real estate agent, my journey is a remarkable fusion of artistic creativity and dedicated professionalism. With a distinguished background as a retired US Marine, the values of discipline, integrity, and hard work are ingrained.

Drawing from extensive travel experiences, photography skills have captured the essence of cultures around the globe including portraits, weddings and rites of passage. The extensive experience as a headshot, branding, and real estate photographer seamlessly translate into the developed role as a licensed real estate agent, offering clients a rare blend of visual storytelling and industry expertise.

With a heart dedicated to family and friends, an eye for beauty, and a hand ready to work, I continue to craft extraordinary experiences for clients while cherishing the joys of life and discovery.

The Northern New Jersey Community Foundation (NNJCF) builds connections, pools resources, and provides leadership to enrich quality of life in the eight counties we serve: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union and Warren.

Much of our work involves placemaking. We help shape the shared places where people live, work and interact – from a small park or street corner to the entire North Jersey region.

We work to grow:

  • More Creative and Inspiring Places
  • Greener and Healthier Places
  • More Places of Belonging and Opportunity

NNJCF has been supporting North Jersey since 1998. We help residents to address critical issues affecting their communities, have produced many community-inspired public art works through our creative placemaking initiatives, and distributed more than $1 million in grants to nonprofit organizations and schools.
