The 1st annual dog walk and costume contest for haunted hounds and ghoulish guardians.  Putnam County dogs and their owners will be able to parade around a special course at The Big Walnut Sports Park.  Categories for judging include spookiest, cutest, most creative, and best doggie-owner duo. 

Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, behave safely around other dogs, and remain leashed at all times.
