COVID-19 Safety
The Richmond SPCA carefully monitors and abides by public health guidance and state orders related to COVID-19, so details regarding our event could change at anytime. We will communicate updates and make information available on our website as they become available. We highly encourage all guests and participants to be fully vaccinated before attending our Block Party. If you are not vaccinated, we highly recommend wearing a mask while attending our event.
- We will have handwashing stations and plenty of hand sanitizer available for your use.
- Maintain six feet of distance between you and non-family or non-household members.
- The Richmond SPCA follows Centers for Disease Control guidance related to COVID-19. As such, when the City of Richmond is classified as a HIGH risk area of transmission, we require all visitors ages 2 and older to mask when inside our Robins-Starr Humane Center and Smoky’s Training Center. If you do not have a mask, we have plenty of adult and children’s disposable procedural masks available for your use.
