I'm participating in the 2026 BFit Challenge to honor my uncle, Boston Firefighter Eddie Bergdoll. He served with Ladder 718 and Engine 16 before passing away from occupational cancer after 38 years of service with the BFD.

I'm joining my cousins and the rest of our family to climb the stairs at TD Garden to raise awareness and funds for the 100 Club of Massachusetts, which supports the families of fallen first responders.
