Inspired by My Family’s Service and Sacrifice
As the daughter of a two-tour Army Vietnam Veteran who bravely battles PTSD and the proud aunt & cousin of four veterans from the Army and Marine Corps, the mission of 22Mohawks is deeply personal to me. Supporting our veterans and spreading awareness of their challenges is more than a passion—it’s a calling.

Addressing an Urgent Crisis:
Over 22 veterans take their own lives every day. Since the beginning of the Global War on Terror in 2001, more than 7,100 have died in combat, yet over 125,000 veterans have been lost to suicide. This reality is unacceptable, and we must act.

22Mohawks: A Mission of Purpose and Connection

Located in Sharon, MA, 22Mohawks is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to reducing veteran and first responder suicides. Our mission is clear: to empower these heroes to rediscover purpose and thrive through mental fitness, community engagement, and unique outreach programs.

Our Core Programs and Approach:
We combine impactful mental fitness classes, outreach initiatives, and community events with two signature programs:
- 22Mohawks Pups for Vets & First Responders
- The 22Mohawks Airborne Operations Course and Retreat
