Thank you for your support in our family's 3rd BFit Challenge! ♡

Since 2023, our team has shown up for this event in memory of Boston Fire Lieutenant Edward D. Bergdoll.
Eddie, Ed, Big Papa... a devoted father, husband, brother, uncle, mentor, friend, Deacon at South Shore Baptist Church & proud 38 year active duty Local 718 Boston firefighter and Lieutenant at Engine 16.
Eddie lived with love, generosity, faith, and an unwavering commitment to the brotherhood. He celebrated life, rejected fear, and loved people fully and without condition. That spirit is what brings us back to BFIT each year.
We climb to honor Eddie, and to recognize the first responders who protect our communities every day. Their strength, courage, and selflessness should never be taken for granted.
All funds raised by our team directly benefit The Hundred Club of Massachusetts. The Hundred Club stood by our family when Eddie was lost in the line of duty and provides critical support to the surviving families of firefighters, police officers, and EMTs across the Commonwealth when they need it most.
We climb in Eddie’s name.
We climb in gratitude.
And we climb so others know they are not alone
Thank you to everyone who chooses to donate, share, support, or join us.
Your support truly means everything to our family.
Sincerely,
The Bergdoll Family
Nancy, Stephanie, Megan, Chelsey, Roxanne, & Zachary
