I am excited to be fundraising for Friends of New Orleans Public Library, an organization dedicated to ensuring that New Orleans has an exceptional public library system. While I have benefitted from it immensely, as a former librarian I know it's important to provide a variety of resources to serve the larger community.
Your contribution will help the Friends fund a variety of library programs that bring the community to the library, such as the Summer Fun Reading Challenge, early literacy programs, lectures on local history, and so much more. Programming is an important introduction to all the resources libraries have and provide entertainment to the public in novel and economic ways.
