Thanks for getting us one step closer to our goal!
On September 28, our team is once again bringing Travel Size Dave Mao along as we climb the Space Needle’s 832 steps to raise money for Fred Hutch Cancer Center and the Space Needle Foundation! Last year, our team raised $4000, and we're so grateful to everyone who donated. And yes--we really did release a little Travel Size Dave Mao from the top of the Space Needle (shhh...!)
Please donate today to help Base 2 Space reach its goal of raising $750,000 to accelerate breakthroughs in cancer and infectious disease. Funding cancer research is more important now than ever, and we're doing our part to ensure that others don't have to go through the pain, suffering, and heartbreaking loss that we've experienced. Please join us in this important fight against cancer in Dave's memory!
The Space Needle is proud to support Fred Hutch, which unites individualized care and advanced research to provide the latest cancer treatment options while accelerating discoveries that prevent, treat and cure cancer and infectious diseases worldwide. As it marks its 50th Anniversary in 2025, Fred Hutch is looking beyond what’s possible today to a new era of discovery. Your donation to Base 2 Space will also the Space Needle Foundation, which is committed to elevating our collective future by supporting organizations at the forefront of transforming lives and making a positive difference in the Puget Sound region and beyond.
Please note that donations to an individual's climb will be reflected in their team's fundraising total.
