- Set up and organize volunteer check-in tent
- Greet and check-in/out more than 200 event volunteers using RunSignUp's Race Day Checkin App
- Answer volunteer questions
- Direct volunteers to their shift and answer questions about their role
- Liaise with production crew to respond to unforeseen volunteer needs
- Distribute volunteer and vendor parking passes and meals, as appropriate
- Escort volunteers to their venue location, including via elevator to the Observation Deck
- Must be willing to download app to your personal device, stand for long periods of time and lift materials weighing approx. 25 lbs.
