While I (still think) I am new to Baltimore, and honestly have not been greatly involved with JCN, I am grateful to know it is there to support the families of those with serious illness in our area.
JCN maintains the Tikvah House near Johns Hopkins, a thoughtfully set up space where family members of those getting treatment in Hopkins can stay.
JCN provides programs, activities, and services to the families it services, letting them know the Jewish community is standing beside them throughout the duration of their illness, treatment and recovery.
I am getting out of the house on June 11 (trust me, that is a feat these days!) and either walking or running 😬 this 5k to raise much needed funds for JCN. Please support JCN in whatever way you can!
