Thank you for your love and support.  Fall is a challenging time of year for me.  It is starting to get cold and dark, life is very busy and this is the time that my Dad committed suicide.  It would be so easy for me to give into this depression....not this year.  This year I'm going to generate positive mental health by focusing on my physical health.  I'm going to train for the BFit Challenge and raise money for the PFFM Foundation in support of much needed fire fighter behavioral health programs. These programs didn't exist when my Dad took his own life but they do now and I know they save lives.  I am so grateful for your support of my participation in the 10th Annual BFit Challenge powered by National Grid where 100% of the money fundraised goes towards first responder charities!
