Hello Friends,

As many of you know, supporting those who allow us our freedoms, keep us safe, and run into danger when others run out is a passion of mine.   I am fortunate to be part of the Warrior for Life Fund which focuses support to active duty, veterans, and their families through sport and community as they navigate the unique challenges of combat deployments and life after service. The WFLF creates an enduring environment of fellowship, fitness, and mental/cognitive health improvement that has lasting impact to its members. 

The Boston hockey community has rallied around the Warrior for Life Fund as they appreciate what the Naval Special Warfare / Navy SEAL community has done for this nation.  The WFLF team at this year's BFit Challenge will be Captained by future NHL Hall of Famer Patrice Bergeron, who will run alongside Andrew Alberts, retired Navy SEALs, and active duty Naval Special Warfare members.  I will try to keep up.
