Sign up today for the inaugural Franklin 5K: Dash For Health in partnership with Direction Up! This 5K run/walk and 1 mile walk will take place on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Scioto Audubon Metro Park in Columbus, Ohio. We are also excited to offer virtual race options (virtual 5K and virtual 1 mile) for those who cannot attend on race day but would still like to participate! Proceeds go to fund the Franklin University Healthcare & Nursing Achievement Scholarship.
If you've signed up for the in-person 5K or in-person 1 mile, you can save time on race morning by picking up your packet at early packet pickup! Early packet pickup for in-person participants will take place on Thursday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Columbus Running Company's Short North location (765 N High St. B, Columbus, OH 43215). In-person participants can also pick up their packets on the morning of the race at the race site, starting at 7:30 a.m.
Virtual participants have the option to pick up their packets at early packet pickup (free of charge and same details as listed above) or you can have your race packet mailed to you (additional $10 charge) by selecting the shipping option within the registration process. All packets for virtual participants who select the shipping option will be mailed on Monday, April 25. Those who have signed up for either of the virtual race options (virtual 5K or virtual 1 mile) have the option to submit results here on the race website (by clicking the results tab at the top of the page) between April 23 and April 30, 2022.

9:00 a.m. - 5K Run/Walk Begins
10:00 a.m. - Awards
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and top 3 overall female finishers, as well as the top male and top female finishers in each of the following age categories: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.
