In 1995, at 4 years old I was diagnosed with homocystinuria after hitting my head on a table. After I was diagnosed they tested my other siblings and my sister Danae was also diagnosed. HCU Network America helped create a community for patients like Danae' and myself. I am so grateful for their work.
