Jack was diagnosed with KDM5C when he was 7, KDM5C is a very rare genetic condition. Our family is very involved with the foundation and support their mission of - To improve the lives of those affected by KDM5C genetic variants through advocacy, research, education and support for affected individuals and families.
The fundraising efforts are necessary to continue to support research efforts and family engagement of this community of individuals impacted by this rare disease.
