I had never ran a mile before 2022. Now, I'm running in my first 5k! The race is in support of Mental Health Association, located in Newton, NJ!
(MHA) is a community-based, nonprofit organization providing a wide continuum of behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) services to children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families in Northern New Jersey. Their Mission is to promote mental health, including the integration of physical health care, to improve the care and treatment of individuals, and to remove the stigma associated with mental health disorders.
