I know this may come as a surprise to some of you, but my wife Karen still has Parkinson’s. I know. It’s been 18 years…enough already. But, the good news is, she’s had it for 18 years, and is still living a good life despite it. There’s no question that a large reason for that is InMotion and the opportunities it offers for exercise and community. Karen is only one of over 1,200 clients who take advantage of the services InMotion offers to keep PD from becoming a debilitating disease. We’re still looking for a cure, but in the meantime, this is the closest thing to it. (And a few meds.)
That’s why I am excited to be participating in the 8th Annual Pals In Motion event on September 15.
Funds raised from this event fund life-changing physical wellness, creative movement, arts, education, support and research programs to our Parkinson’s community – all offered FREE OF CHARGE to people with PD and their care partners.
Please help InMotion fulfill their important mission by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. Thank you!
You are also welcome to join my team and help me fundraise for InMotion. Just click the blue REGISTER button at the top of the website, and select my team name when you're asked to join a team.
Thank you!
