THE RACE

The 11th annual GLObal RUN 5k is held in Hope Mills, on Friday, May 5, 2023.

Come decked out in your glow gear and join others as you walk or run to raise funds for travel scholarships for Gray's Creek Middle School students!

RACE SWAG

Shirt sizes guaranteed to particpants who register by April 1, 2023. After April 1, participants will be able to choose a shirt from previous years' races.

Participants also receive 1 glow bracelet and 1 glow necklace 

COURSE MAP

Gray's Creek Middle School
Hope Mills, NC 28348

The GLObal RUN 5k starts and finishes at Gray's Creek Middle School. Particpants can park in the front of the school and follow the sidewalk to the back for the start of the race.

The course travels through the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding GCMS. This route has guides along the way and there is a deputy at the turn-around point on Celebration. This route does NOT cross Chicken Foot Rd.

Course is stroller and wheelchair friendly.

THE CAUSE

The GLObal RUN 5k has a purpose to help GCMS students pursue their dream of exploring the world. Our school believes students who engage in the world around them will be better students and stronger community members.

To date we have helped students travel to more than 12 countries!

If you run virtually, results can be submitted any time by Sunday, May 14. If you enable text messaging when you sign up, you will be able to submit your time via text. You can also submit online by logging into your RunSignup account.
