Frankfort Frosty 5K

Join us for this 10th Annual Christmastime classic supporting medical & dental missions in Honduras!

Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 2:00pm at Lakeview Park in Frankfort, KY. Little Frosty Dash will begin at 1:40.  

RACE FEATURES:

• Scenic paved trail course at beautiful Lakeview Park
• 5K Run/Walk, Fred & Me 1.43K and  FREE Kid's "Little Frosty" Dash
• Commemorative long sleeved race T-shirts (unisex & youth sizes)
• Top 3 M/F Overall & Top 3 M/F Age Group Awards - custom made! (5 year divisons)
• Christmas carolers and music along the 5K route
• Post race hot chocolate & snacks
• A special visit from Frosty!
• Food, fun, fellowship and Christmas music
• ADD ONS THIS YEAR:  1) 1-3 pm - Minds in Motion Bus for the kids - come early or stay late to go through this educational & fun outfitted big green bus!  2) Franklin County Health Department will be providing vaccinations - get your flu, Covid 19 and/or Ddap vaccines.  Bring your insurance or Medicare card or $5 per shot cash.  3) We will have a small silent auction...will be selling signed extra Snowman themed painted canvases, race shirts from years past (a donation of any amount is accepted for shirts).  
• Greenhouses of Love, our sponsor, will be there and if you have gently used clothing/shoes to get rid of, they will gratefully  accept your donations!  

Proceeds benefit the Ecumenical Medical & Dental Honduras Mission, Mission Frankfort Clinic and Water by Women (formerly Water with Blessings)
