I RIDE FOR READING!!!

I'm a reader. It's how I navigated what could have been a much rougher beginning for me. I read for the pleasure of it now, and I'd love to help provide that love for reading to as many children as possible. When I was raising our 4 amazing children, I had a reading chair. No one was able to use it unless they were cuddled up next to me, reading. I wanted to gift our children with the chance for a similar love for reading. Every year, I ride to provide that gift to other children. I LOVE THIS RIDE!

"Every Student Graduates a Reader" is a Lake Pend Oreille School District initiative focused on ensuring all students develop strong literacy skills. Reading is the foundation for academic success, enabling students to excel in all subjects, think critically, and confidently navigate the world.
