The EXMI RRC biannual membership is designed for runners who are seeking a community that shares the same passion for hard work, achieving personal records, and feeling a sense of pride in being a part of something bigger than themselves. There are no specific time standards or expectations, and this is not just limited to experienced runners.

Take your pick of any coach from the Extra Mile Fitness Company, each of whom is dedicated to helping you reach your goal event. With their expertise, they will create a customized training plan that will suit your unique needs and abilities. You can expect to receive regular communication from your coach prior to the start of your training, and they will be available to provide guidance and support whenever you need it.

Goal Races
While optional, many of our members choose to train for a Fall race in October or November. Below, you'll find a popular list of races, some of which we'll be targeting together:
Bank of America Chicago Marathon - Oct 12, 2025 (Full Marathon, requires lottery entry.)
Indianapolis Monumental Marathon - November 8, 2025 (Includes options for a full marathon, half marathon, and 5k. No qualifying requirements.)

**Registration for a goal race is not included in any Run Club fee. Run club members will register for their goal race on their own.

*Extra Mile Run Club uses the city pathways. We ask everyone to be mindful of the crosswalks, cars on the road, and are familiar with the route. Anyone under the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
