As a proud marine veteran, I always have goals to achieve. My wife and I started Semper Fi Doorman, Inc. 8 years ago. We have been hiring veterans to fulfill the Door staff/ concierge role for Chicago's high-rise communities. We are very proud to just receive our 3rd Federal Award from the Department of Labor Hiring, Training and Retaining veterans and we have been able to maintain an average of being 85% veteran staffed.
As we are dedicated to helping our veterans we are always looking to do more. This year I turn 40 and need to complete a personal goal, running at least 1 marathon. To make this opportunity happen i have been lucky enough to team up with Semper Fi & America's Fund. Semper Fi & America’s Fund cares for our nation’s critically wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and military families. Supporting all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, we provide one-on-one case management, connection, and lifetime support.
