I am running this year's Crescent City Classic on behalf of the Junior League of New Orleans (JLNO), a 100-year-old plus organization with a legacy of service to the Greater New Orleans area. It has been at the forefront of training women, investing in programs, and creating projects that make a significant impact. Its current programs including the Diaper Bank, Woman Entrepreneur Fellowship, Scholarship among others demonstrate that JLNO continues to address the critical issues facing women and families. Through these projects and the 40,000 hours its members dedicate annually, JLNO equips women to be more effective volunteers and leaders, recognizes and addresses community needs, and implements lasting change.
Running this race is a small way for me to support that mission. If you’re able, I hope you’ll consider making a donation to help the Junior League continue this important work in Greater New Orleans.
Every contribution helps expand programs that support women, strengthen families, and build a healthier future for our city.
Thank you for being part of that impact.
