As an ovarian cancer, it is important to support this organization not only due to the correlation with breast and ovarian cancer but the importance of saving lives through EARLY detection.
Proceeds support Sisters Network Dallas Inc. programs providing survivor support and breast health education in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Programs include:
- Providing a support group for breast cancer survivors and their families; a social and emotional support group to help survive treatment and live beyond breast cancer.
- Providing financial assistance to breast cancer survivors facing financial challenges during treatment.
- Funding mammograms for under or uninsured women.
- Providing breast health awareness education with the proven life-saving message of early detection and lifestyle behaviors that promote breast health.
