More than a decade ago, I met Temwa at a missions conference—and that conversation changed my life. Through that connection, I was introduced to Pamoza and the incredible work happening in rural Malawi.
In 2018, I had the opportunity to travel to Malawi with the mission team and see Pamoza’s work firsthand. I walked the dusty roads. I met the families. I saw both the deep challenges and the incredible resilience of the people. It was no longer just a mission I supported—it was personal.
Today, I serve with Pamoza as an Executive Assistant, and last summer I returned to Malawi to witness the tangible difference being made in communities on the ground. I’ve seen how working together—which is exactly what “Pamoza” means—creates lasting change.
Pamoza is a Christian nonprofit organization committed to sharing the Gospel and alleviating poverty by partnering with families to improve health, income, education, and food security. The families we serve live in very rural villages without running water or electricity, with limited access to healthcare and education. Many walk miles every day just to gather clean water, firewood, and food.
That’s why I’m participating in the Miles for Malawi 5K—to raise funds that will provide critical resources, training, and support so children and families can truly thrive, not just survive.
Would you consider partnering with me? Your support will help bring hope, opportunity, and lasting impact to families in Malawi.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
