This year I'm excited to be running in the Crescent City Classic in a seeded heat!!!!!  Additionally, I am even more excited to support First Grace Community Alliance (FGCA). Please help me reach and surpass my $1,000 goal!

Every dollar donated will directly fund Hagar's House (a housing sanctuary for women, children, and LGBTQ+ folks) and Project Ishmael (a pro bono legal clinic for undocumented children and their families).  Both of these organizations are incredibly important to me, providing a safety net for children and families to get a safe and solid foundation and directly affecting the school community where I teach.

At Hagar's House, $500-600 pays for 1 month of healthy groceries for residents.  

At Project Ishmael, $230 provides a week of one-on-one resource assistance to families and youth seeking holistic resource referrals, from legal aid to healthcare and education.
