Team Playmakers Any Distance Any Pace is designed to support people of all abilities. If you're training for a race with distances from a 5K to a marathon, looking to better your time or improve technique, the ADAP Training Team can help you achieve your goals while providing a social network in a supportive environment.
Team P training structure may be adjusted based on current local and state health guidelines. When running alone or training in groups, please take all precautions.
Formal Training:
Saturday - 8 am training, alternating between Playmakers and Hawk Island Park
Informal Training:
Tuesday - 6:00pm from the Michigan Athletic Club (MAC); change to trails in March, locations TBD
Wednesday - 6:00pm Speed training with the Tri Team, starting in March, locations TBD
Thursday - 6:00 pm from the Michigan Athletic Club (MAC)
